Devizes Tennis Club is an integral part of Devizes Sports Club and shares the site with Rugby, cricket, hockey, archery and canoeing.
The Sports Club building provides a very modern clubhouse, bar, meeting rooms and function room. Your membership to the Tennis Club includes a membership of the Sports Club and you can collect your members discount card from behind the bar.
These areas can be hired for private functions.

COURTS

We have 7  tarmacadam  courts:
6 fully floodlit courts
1 Kidzone court with activities for Juniors and a Target/practice  wall...partially floodlit
We also have a small Club Hut beside the courts where we have all our own notices, equipment stores BBQ  and small kitchen area..

Court Usage

During term time the courts are busy with the juniors between 3 and 6.30, so it’s best not to try and play at this time. During the day there are generally courts available but the evenings do get busy with club sessions and matches

Floodlights

Floodlight tokens (£2.50 per hour) are available from  behind the bar in the sports club.  It is worth mentioning that at the end of your hour, one light will remain on for a few minutes to allow you to exit the court.  If you wish to continue playing insert another token.quickly   If the  lights  goes out, you will have to wait around 20 minutes before the lights will come back on again

Tennis Balls

‘Top quality’ balls are provided for you at the club evenings.  A supply is kept in the box in the clubhouse which is topped up regularly with ex-match balls and new balls
