What is Mini Tennis?
Well quite simply it is tennis aimed at children aged 10 and under. And to make it fun, it is split into 3 stages - RED, ORANGE and GREEN (just like traffic lights). It helps to teach all the fundamentals needed to help develop their ABC’s. Importantly it also allows for the correct development of the child by playing with the right weight of ball and on a suitably sized court for their size!
Mini Tennis Red - 8 and under
Mini Tennis Orange - 8/9 years
Mini Tennis Green - 10 years

Saturday Morning Fun Sessions
Kick start your weekend. This is all about fun for the very young. It is run on an informal basis where you can just turn up, pay on the day and play, so there is no need to book in advance. The children will have loads of fun, get some coaching and play lots of games.
10.00 to 11.00am 4 -7 years
11.00 - 12.30 am 8 - 10 years (45 minutes of fun games, 45 minutes of team / individual competitions)
COACHING COURSES
From Monday to Friday after school we run courses for all ages and abilities. These are divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced within the age groups. Correct technique, rules of tennis, matchplay and lots of fun practices are included in the lessons
Lessons are in age and ability groups using the Red, Orange and Green graded system.
Basically the younger children have a softer ball and it progressively changes to the adult yellow ball.. Refer to the Junior Guide if you do not understand this.
These are Monday to Friday after school with between 4 and 8 children in each group.
